However, this is an "OPEN" Room and we ask that you respect other users meetings.

To access, simply click here . You will then be able to download our Conference Room Software. Once downloaded, double click on the conference.exe file and enter the "MCE & PTI "OPEN" CONFERENCE ROOM" PLEASE BE POLITE AT ALL TIMES!

First Steps
1 - SAVE this file to a folder on your computer where you will know where to find it in the future if needed
- eg. - My Documents/My Conference Room/mceConference.exe
2 - go to that folder and double click on the file
- this will auto-install the program on your computer
- at the same time, it will also access the server to automatically check for any new updates that may have been released
- this will ensure that you will Always be running the latest version any time you access your room
- no need to ever check for updates, download, install, and configure a new version
3 - once complete, an 'Conference' Program Icon should appear on your desktop (image of a yellow happy face over a speech bubble)
4 - also, the program will automatically launch itself and will ask you which room you wish to login to
Accessing The Room
1 - as mentioned, any time you need to access your room, simply click on the 'Conference' icon on your desktop and the program will launch
2 - after searching for updates, the room will open and ask which room you wish to login to
3 - your room is named: MCE Conference Room
4 - at this point, no passwords or moderators have been set, so simply type in your name in the first field, click on the drop-down Chat Room menu and choose 'MCE Conference Room' and click on OK
5 - you will not yet have access to the Moderator functions in the top menu bar (see below to set this up)
